Once your home is listed, we will launch a marketing campaign to get potential buyers and buyer agents excited about your home.  Our typical marketing campaign gets 100's of potential buyers interested in learning more about your home as soon as it hits the market.  Once they schedule a showing, the marketing to that specific buyer is over.  Now, your home must compete with other homes in two areas;


If your home has more features that appeal to buyers – or your home is priced lower than the comparables homes-your home will stand out as the better value.
